1. Hygiene Cleaning Services

We keep indoor environments safe, sanitary and compliant. Using Dubai Municipality-approved biocides and NADCA-certified duct-cleaning equipment, our hygiene division specialises in:

• Sofa and upholstery hot-water extraction for fabric and leather

• Air-conditioner installation, commissioning and annual maintenance
• General maintenance – pumps, fans, motors, control panels
• Plumbing – copper, PPR, HDPE, drainage, pumps, tanks
• Electrical – LV panels, lighting circuits, fault-finding, DEWA approvals
• Pipe insulation for chilled and hot water lines to DM thermal codes
• Gypsum partitions, curved ceilings, fire-rated shafts and decorative moldings
